Like I said we need to know more to really help beyond guessing. I don't know if this will cause the app to not alert to any activity or if it will just affect the notification before the ring. Under notifications disable the sound or disable the notification for calls and then see if it still happens. Tap the (i) and it will open the app page for that app. Press and hold the Viber app icon until a small menu appears. It may also be possible to turn off the notifications for the Viber app. This means you will also not get notifications from other apps. First not very practical is to set your notification sound to silent. If this is correct there are two solutions I can think of. Off hand without really knowing what your issue is it sounds like you are getting a brief notification sound just before the app realizies that it's a call and begins ringing. Please also include any information that may be helpful in your reply. There at their forum they all use the app, someone has likely already had the issue, if there is a solution this is the most obvious place to look for answers.

When you say "spaceline notification" do you mean that another sound is played before the sound from the app is played? I have a few questions before we are able to help you.
